I’ve been called a lot of things in my life. Unfortunately, it’s quite difficult to sum up my contributions in a one or two word title. You can’t really put “combination of a triage doctor in the emergency room, a 24 hour concierge, a Rosetta stone for customers and engineers, the Goose to the developers Maverick, Mr. Fix-It, a second opinion, a fresh set of eyes and the calm hand in the eye of the storm” on a business card.

I view myself most aptly described as a Product Concierge taking care of Management and Marketing from Concept to Life-cycle. I call my approach 360 Degree Product Management

As all of us in this business unfortunately know, it takes a lot of effort and money to launch a new product, and nothing stings more than when your investment is met with a fizzle instead of a bang. I know how to launch products that: satisfy customers’ needs, are understood by the developers; have value propositions that are readily understood by Sales; and, most important of all, are profitable. I consider my job to guide the product every step of the way, from those initial meetings, to launch day. Should any bumps occur along the way, I’m ready to be Captain Sully, turning a near death experience into some slight turbulence and a smooth water landing.
